Circuit Work (All levels)
A full-body workout where you’ll typically quickly move through 8-10 exercise stations focusing on different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. This class is 60 minutes.
Zumba (All levels)
Dance your chops off and burn the calories with these aerobic moves inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. This class features easy-to-follow steps in interval training sessions.

Core (All levels)
Strengthen the core, posture and increase muscular strength and endurance using various exercises.
A 45-minute class that uses weights, balls and other equipment.
Power yoga (All levels)
An energetic, more intense yoga class, incorporating traditional poses with longer holds in each position and a quicker flow series from pose to pose.
If you’re looking for a more vigorous workout you’ll enjoy this 60 minute class. You will work barefoot or in socks. Personal yoga mat, towel and water recommended.
Strength Training (All levels)
Tone and work those major muscle groups.
Instructors keep the 60 minute class thrilling with a range of equipment and motivating challenges to tone your upper body, lower body, and core!
Heated Yoga (All levels)
For 60 minutes relax your mind and improve physical fitness in a heated studio. Each posture stretches and strengthen the specific muscles, joint and ligaments needed for the next posture. This can help detox the body. You will work barefoot or in socks. Personal yoga mat, towel and water recommended.

Werq (All levels)
It’s a dance party in this workout class! Werq is based on pop and hip hop music. The instructor leads the dance steps used in class and the cool down includes balance and yoga-inspired poses.

LIIT (All levels)
Don’t be fooled by the name. Low Intensity Interval Training LIIT is a full body workout that uses various equipment to give you a full body workout at a lower intensity.
The 60 minute class focuses on an aerobic workout with no running or jumping.
Be ready for an intense workout of your “powerhouse” or abdominal muscles. This 60-minute class will focus on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.
